Our business model is social first, centred around our industry-leading Instagram and Facebook accounts. 2020 saw the launch of Bo+Tee, Oh Polly’s much-loved gym and activewear brand, followed by the launch of Neena Swim in 2021, focusing solely on stylish swimwear. The role : 

As part of a growing department that drives and delivers all brand creativity, we are looking for a talented and ambitious Art Director to join our driven team. 
You will work at a fast pace and drive direction to the next level.

Responsibilities : 

• Stay on top of the latest fashion and visual trends, and use them in your creative concepts and mood boards for upcoming shoots, making sure they are aligned with our company goals and business objectives
  
• Plan and define concepts for each project, and execute in collaboration with the producer and team
  
• Develop concepts and work closely with the producer, copywriters, designers, makeup artist, photographer, videographer, and the social team from initial brief to final delivery
• Be responsible for all styling prior to each shoot, in line with the creative concept and visual idea for the project
  
• Direct on set and bring your creative vision to life, based on approved concepts for the project
• Support the conception, art direction, and execution across our brand campaigns
  
• Collaborate with in-house team members on in-office / location photoshoots
• Work closely with members of the shoot team and support on delivering current E-com concepts from set design to on set directing
  
• Take ownership of deliverables and initiatives with acute attention to detail, with a keen eye of aesthetics whilst working smartly to keep to deadlines and processes
• Compile on brand and inspirational pose direction boards for all brands
• Work closely with studio and shoot assistants to ensure all set and shoot plans are on track, keeping a close eye on on the shoot calendar and set changes
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with in-house and freelance photographers, videographers, models
• Together with the rest of the shoot team critically evaluate the creative process and work to improve and drive productivity, cost savings and optimisation at all times across Pre Production, Production and Post Production
• Effectively communicate concepts and storyboards through presentations and briefings when requested
• Efficiently help manage set design and prop direction in studio
• Keep up to date with emerging trends in fashion, styling and social media, where relevant
  
  

Requirements 

• You should be extremely knowledgeable about our target market.

• You should be extremely creative 
• We are looking for someone who is a hard worker who is constantly looking to take their career to their next level
• You should be capable of switching between tasks regularly throughout the day according to demand
• 2-3 years working in the Creative Production industry is a must.
