The Role:
Due to our growth, we are looking for a Systems Administrator to manage our systems infrastructure. You will implement and maintain new systems while continuously seeking improvements and managing multiple infrastructure enhancement projects.
Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and maintain new systems.
- Develop our systems infrastructure, ensuring best practices and innovation.
- Follow the project management framework, including scoping, data mapping, vendor analysis, security analysis, gap analysis, legal due diligence, training, and rollout.
- Capture stakeholder requirements and scope out projects.
- Plan processes and conduct data mapping sessions.
- Use data and analytics to evaluate tool effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
- Continuously drive tool and policy improvements based on market trends and best practices.
- Create ad hoc reports or dashboards to meet departmental needs.
- Stay updated with systems, platform changes and share ideas.
- Lead the implementation of new tools and processes across business systems.
Skills and Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in systems administration, preferably managing internal business systems.
- Experience working within an agile framework.
- Self-motivated, proactive, with a strong eye for detail.
- Strong relationship-building skills across departments.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to deliver immediate tasks.
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Confident in presenting to heads of departments, management, stakeholders, and business partners.
- Experience with Shopify, NetSuite, or PeopleVox is desired.
- Excellent system management, time management, and prioritization skills.

- Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Flexible hours)
