The Role:
The Digital Marketing Department at Oh Polly is going through an exciting period of growth and requires a passionate and talented CRM executive to join their fast paced team.
Reporting to the CRM Manager this role is to support the CRM team with all email, app and SMS marketing. This role is perfect for someone who possesses a unique blend of creativity and analytical skills, and who is eager to refine their expertise in CRM within the fashion sector.
Responsibilities:
Email, App and SMS Marketing
- Develop and execute all communications within the CRM calendar in-line with the marketing calendar, with support from the CRM manager.
- Suggest and implement continual improvements across all CRM channels.
- Build and optimise segments within our customer database to improve conversion rates and create personalised marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the CRM manager to deliver A/B tests for channel optimisation.
- Support the CRM manager and wider team to identify opportunities for our automated journeys (welcome, post purchase, abandon basket/browse) and implement improvements.
Analytics and Reporting
- Analyse and report on performance to ensure best results across all campaigns, utilising tools such as Ometria, Microsoft Excel & Shopify.
Competitor and Market Research
- Stay updated on industry trends, product developments and competitor activities.
- Complete market research to identify opportunities for growth and assist with the development of future strategies for further optimisation.
Requirements:
- 1 - 2 years experience within a CRM role.
- Experience using Ometria or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- A strong understanding of CRM strategy and best practice.
- Ability to understand and analyse large amounts of data.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Powerpoint).
- Great multitasker and organisational skills.
- A team player who is proactive and is able to work autonomously.
- Proactive and positive attitude.
- Experience working on retail brands, preferably within the fashion sector (desired).
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
