Role Overview:

As the Digital Marketing Assistant, you will support the daily management and execution of Oh Polly’s digital advertising campaigns across all paid marketing channels. In this role, you will work closely with the Performance Marketing team and cross-functional teams, playing a critical role in ensuring the smooth upload, updating, and optimisation of ads to help achieve our campaign objectives and ROI targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the upload, setup, and basic management of paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Google.
• Support the setup of A/B tests for ad creatives, copy, and targeting parameters to drive campaign optimisation.
• Collaborate with the creative and brand teams to ensure all ad assets are correctly formatted, current, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Stay informed of best practices, policies, and trends for Paid Social and Search platforms to help the team remain competitive.
• Provide additional marketing support like site content updates.

Requirements:

• A solid understanding of social media platforms
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• A proactive approach and a desire to learn and develop within the marketing industry
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office / Google Docs suite
• An interest in fashion and retail
