Role Overview:
We’re looking for a passionate and driven Sorority Lead to spearhead the growth and engagement of Oh Polly’s college ambassador network across the U.S. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing our sorority strategy—from building partnerships and managing relationships to organising on-campus events and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Sorority Program Strategy & Growth:
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to grow Oh Polly’s sorority network.
- Identify key college campuses and sororities to target for brand partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sorority ambassadors and influential members.
- Oversee the onboarding of new sorority ambassadors.
Ambassador Management & Engagement:
- Manage a network of sorority ambassadors, ensuring they are aligned with brand goals and guidelines.
- Provide ongoing support and communication to ambassadors, fostering a sense of community and brand loyalty.
- Implement incentive programs to drive ambassador performance, including commission structures, exclusive perks, and rewards.
- Track and analyse ambassador performance, ensuring KPIs are met (e.g., social engagement, content creation, and sales conversions).
Sorority Event Planning & Execution:
- Plan and execute on-campus events, pop-ups, and sorority activations to promote Oh Polly
- Collaborate with the events and marketing teams to deliver creative, engaging experiences.
- Coordinate product gifting, giveaways, and exclusive discounts for sorority members.
- Oversee all event logistics, including budgeting, scheduling, and post-event reporting.
Brand & Content Creation:
- Collaborate with the social media team to ensure ambassador-generated content is shared across Oh Polly’s channels.
- Encourage and guide sorority ambassadors to create UGC (user-generated content) showcasing Oh Polly products.
- Ensure all ambassador content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent aesthetic.
Reporting & Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and report on the performance of sorority partnerships, including sales impact, engagement metrics, and reach.
- Provide regular insights and recommendations to optimize the sorority program.
- Use data to identify high-performing ambassadors and nurture those relationships.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, ambassador program management, events, or community engagement.
- Strong understanding of Gen Z marketing trends, TikTok/Instagram culture, and the US college market.
- Previous experience managing brand ambassador programs, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or beauty.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills—comfortable juggling multiple events and timelines.
- Ability to travel for campus activations and events (if required).
What's on offer?
- Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
