The Role
We’re looking for an energetic, stylish, and driven Assistant Store Manager who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and can lead by example.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, staff supervision, and customer experience.
- Lead, coach, and inspire the team to hit sales goals and KPIs.
- Maintain brand standards for visual merchandising and customer service.
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, stock deliveries, and loss prevention.
- Foster a positive, fashion-forward, and inclusive store culture
Skills and Requirements
- 2+ years in retail management or a supervisory role.
- A love for fashion, styling, and Oh Polly’s aesthetic.
- Leadership skills with a team-first mentality.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
