The Role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Influencer & Collaborations Admin to join our fast-paced marketing team, supporting the execution of influencer and collaboration campaigns across Oh Polly and Bo+Tee. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about influencer marketing, thrives in a structured environment, and wants to play a key supporting role in delivering best-in-class global influencer campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support:
  Log and track all influencer gifting, paid collaborations and ambassador campaigns.
  Maintain up-to-date records in Airtable and/or influencer platforms for all collaborations.
  Support in processing invoices and ensuring timely payment of creators.
  Assist with creation and upkeep of collaboration trackers, posting schedules and deliverables.

• Influencer Coordination:
  Assist in coordinating sample sends, tracking parcels and ensuring influencers receive their products on time.
  Liaise with the warehouse and product teams to ensure product availability.
  Monitor influencer content for deliverables and quality assurance.
  Flag any missing or late content to the wider team for follow-up.

• Campaign Support:
  Assist the team in launching influencer and collaboration campaigns by preparing briefs, logging agreed deliverables, and ensuring all assets are organised.
  Support the team in researching new influencer prospects based on briefs, using platforms and manual scouting.
  Help calculate ROAS and performance reports post-campaign.

• Reporting & Insights:
  Support the team in compiling influencer performance data for weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports.
  Ensure all performance metrics are accurately input into relevant platforms.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous admin or marketing experience (ideally in a fashion, influencer, or e-commerce environment).
• Familiarity with Airtable, influencer platforms (e.g., GRIN, CreatorIQ), and Google Sheets is a plus.
• Passion for fashion, influencers, and digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role.
