The Role:
As a Merchandising Admin, you will play a vital role in supporting the merchandising team with day-to-day operations. You will assist with product management, stock control, and data analysis to ensure we are meeting the demands of our customers while driving sales growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in fashion merchandising within a dynamic and rapidly growing brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the merchandising team with administrative tasks, including creating reports, managing stock data, and maintaining the product database.
- Assist with the planning, tracking, and replenishment of product ranges.
- Coordinate the flow of stock from warehouse to stores, ensuring availability and accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels and liaise with internal teams to ensure timely replenishment.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, analyzing trends to inform future stock decisions.
- Assist with creating and managing product orders and deliveries.
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve any stock discrepancies.
- Support the team with any other ad hoc tasks as required.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
- A passion for fashion and a genuine interest in the merchandising process.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using inventory management software (ideal but not essential).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
