Data Engineer
About Oh Polly
Oh Polly is a fashion brand founded in 2015, with more than 10 million followers across Oh Polly and Bo+Tee, our activewear brand.
We design and sell our own products and operate across ecommerce, warehousing and global fulfilment. That gives the data team exposure to a wide range of operational and commercial systems.
The Role
You’ll join a small data team within Tech, working on the pipelines and integrations that move data between our operational systems and Snowflake. The role covers both data engineering and integration work.
You’ll build and maintain data models used for reporting and analytics, as well as Python services that connect systems including Shopify, NetSuite, our 3PL, returns platform and PIM. These services run on AWS, with infrastructure managed through Terraform.
The work is a mix of building new solutions and improving existing ones. Depending on the work underway, you might spend more time in Snowflake and SQL, or more time working with Python, APIs and AWS.
We’re also starting to experiment with AI tooling and agentic workflows across the data platform. This is still an emerging area for the team, so there’s an opportunity to help explore where these tools can genuinely improve how we build, operate and use our data systems.
