What We are Looking For

We are seeking an experienced (5-7 years) digital marketing coordinator who wants to join an exciting, young, fast-fashion brand selling women's clothing throughout the US and Europe.

You are an A-team player with drive and ambition.  You know how to get results with the tools and assets at your disposal.  

You will also be extremely creative and understand how important it is to stand out digitally.  You have ideas about how a company such as Oh Polly can stand out.   

You understand who our customer is and what they want to see.  You know how to get the best out of the imagery and content you have available at your finger tips.  

You are confident taking the lead in building out digital campaigns and assisting in traditional marketing campaigns.  Setting scope, objectives, KPI's and then executing campaigns successfully and to target.

Requirements

As an A-team player you will have done the following;

  1. Managed a budget in excess of $1m a year for digital ad spend.
  2. Consistently met and outperformed target CPAs.
  3. Been solely responsible for the success or failure of a campaign. 
  4. Achieved industry recognition with an employer or as an individual (i.e. through record sales growth)


With Oh Polly you will be expected to:

  1. Double the companies ad budget to in excess of $1m annually by the year end 2019. 
  2. Drive revenue of $16m over a 12 month period through 300,000 unit sales.  
  3. Be capable of identifying top performing content for your ads without the need to constantly A/B test.
  4. Report to director level weekly in a clear and concise manner with successes defined and every failure with a recommendation.   


Technical Skills (Google)

  • You know how to read and edit a google shopping feed XML or use Magento extensions to generate them.
  • You know your way around Google Analytics; how to build views, create segments and use these in your reports.
  • You know how to use Google Tag Manager to track conversions across a website.


Technical Skills (Facebook Ads Manager)

  • You know your way around Facebook business manager;  how to create ad sets, build audiences, generate UTM's 
  • You know how to create reports according to specific attribution models to accurately attribute sales to your campaigns.  
  • You understand the nuances in marketing on Instagram versus Facebook and know how to exploit each platforms strengths and weaknesses.
