About the department
Brannerson Exports is employing for a Product Developer in the garment factory, they exclusively supply garments for Oh Polly and Bo and Tee. The successful candidate will work closely with the production team on all styles starting from initial pass-off to the production stage.

Role responsibilities:

• Be an independent member of the team to ensure a smooth process in the development of assigned styles / collections in cooperation with Design / PLM / Team Head Development / Sourcing Manager / other Sourcing Functions
• Ensure on time sample delivery, good sample quality / execution / fitting
• Drive proactive cross functional communication with internal and external teams to ensure a smooth product development process
• Be a strong communicator and provide your own creativity when approving styles and fits along with providing comments / suggestions which help to achieve a higher product value
• Ensure on-time product finalization and approval (including artwork approvals) prior to bulk order placement
• Responsible to prepare, maintain and follow up all necessary documents (Style specifications, fabric and trim selection, fitting and sealing comments)
• Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
• Adaptable to a dynamic environment
• Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently with a proactive mind set
• Team player with strong communication, analytical and organizational skills
