The Role:
Brannerson Exports is employing for a Product Developer in the garment factory, they exclusively supply garments for Oh Polly and Bo and Tee. The successful candidate will work closely with the production team on all styles starting from initial pass-off to the production stage.

Role responsibilities:

• Be an independent member of the team to ensure a smooth process in the development of assigned styles / collections in cooperation with Design / PLM / Team Head Development / Sourcing Manager / other Sourcing Functions.
• Manage the team for all Oh Polly developments including concept sample development, collections, technical queries, lab dips and S/O development. 
• Follow new development with suppliers including S/O, print & embellishment – assisting team with any queries. 
• Monitor sample yardage purchasing for whole PD team. 
• Assist teams on all payment, collection of sample materials from the warehouse, packing lists, uploads to ERP and work allocations to the team.
• Manage development cost + Air Table/ERP + Trello. 
• Advise any priority fitting schedules.
• Keep collection lists on Air Table updated and ensure the team sends daily fit list correctly. 
• Send weekly meeting recaps and shoot meeting updates accordingly.
• Allocate new collection and concept samples to the sample manager after consulting with seniors. 
•  Arrange testing for new materials and S/O. 
• Support the team to solve urgent issues. 
• Make SOP of development and colour.
• Liase with the UK on strict shoot sample deadlines. 
•  Check emails and any Air Table /Trello updates on a daily basis.
• Oversea communication for fabric sourcing and development. 
• Follow up all S/O sampling with direction from UK and senior managers. 
• Check all fabric sourcing alongside sourcing and senior managers.
• Source new manufacturers. 
• Support the team to solve urgent issues. 
• Attend fit sessions. 

Skills and Requirements:

• Mandarin and English speaking.
• Must have dresses/lingerie/corset/knits experience.
