The Role:
Due to continued growth and global success, we are looking for a passionate Influencer & Collaborations Assistant to join our industry-leading team, with a focus on Bo+Tee. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the influencer strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube—building relationships with both micro and macro influencers to maximise the impact of every collection launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily outreach to micro and macro influencers globally, initiating and nurturing brand partnerships.
• Manage influencer relationships end-to-end—from initial contact and briefing, to processing contracts, deliverables, and payments.
• Work closely with your managers on daily administrative and campaign-related tasks.
• Identify and secure top-tier influencers through proactive research and creative outreach strategies.
• Assist in building creative campaign and collection strategies, contributing ideas for influencer content and activations.
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to align influencer selections with collection themes and campaign objectives.
• Brief influencers on product drops and ensure all content is on-brand, high-quality, and delivered within deadlines.
• Maintain and update creative briefs, Jam Boards, and influencer content plans to reflect the campaign’s direction.
• Support guest list creation and influencer attendance for key events, pop-ups, and brand activations.

Skills and Requirements: 

• A strong awareness of current social trends, influencers, and pop culture—from rising TikTok stars to global talent.
• 1+ years of experience in an influencer marketing or media-related role (in-house or agency).
• Clear understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and the influencer landscape.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with confidence in negotiation and outreach.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple collaborations simultaneously.
• Proven ability to work towards KPIs and campaign performance metrics.
• A true passion for the Bo+Tee brand and its customer base.
